ROCKWALL 11, LONGVIEW 1: The Longview Lobos dropped an 11-1 decision to Rockwall on Tuesday in District 11-6A play at Lobo Field.
Jordan Lawson had two hits, and Trajan Bush drove in the lone Lobo run.
Matthew Boles and Adarius Carter both struck out two for the Lobos. Boles walked two and gave up 10 hits in 5.1 innings.
HALLSVILLE 4, MARSHALL 3: MARSHALL — Hallsville pushed across three runs in the top of the seventh, rallying for a 4-3 District 16-5A win over the Marshall Mavericks.
Marshall broke a 1-1 deadlock with two runs in the sixth.
For the Bobcats, Colton Oney homered and drove in two runs. Tye Smith had two hits, and Dylan Bailey doubled and drove in one.
Blaine Parker struck out seven with two walks, allowing three earned runs on five hits in six innings. Mason Higginbotham fanned three in his one inning of work.
For Marshall in the loss, Ty Kirkland and Cameron Haller both homered. Haller had two hits.
Kirkland struck out four and waked three in six innings.
KILGORE 8, BULLARD 2: KILGORE — Javan Smitherman struck out seven in 5.1 innings on the hill, Harlee Biggs banged out three hits and drove in a run and the Kilgore Bulldogs moved to 2-0 in District 15-4A play with an 8-2 win over Bullard.
Smitherman allowed two earned runs on five hits, and Ren Reynolds finished with three strikeouts for the save.
At the dish, Deuce Ervin doubled, singled, drove in a run and scored once. Smitherman tripled and drove in two runs. Reynolds had one hit, and Jayce McFarland added a pair of singles. Collin Pippen walked and scored.
Kilgore (13-4-2) will visit Gilmer on Friday.
NEW DIANA 14, WASKOM 9: WASKOM — Landon Dorman and Tristan Swain combined for seven hits and seven RBIs, and New Diana overcame an eight-run Waskom inning to rally for a 14-9 District 16-3A win.
Dorman homered, singled twice and drove in four and Swain doubled, singled three times and plated three runs for the Eagles. Cole Willeford added a double and a single, and Jackson Sampson chipped in with two hits. Brayden Rosales, Sampson and Jacob Burton all drove in runs.
Swain struck out seven with no walks or runs allowed in four innings.
HARLETON 13, ORE CITY 6: ORE CITY — Bryar Jones collected three hits and drove in two runs, and Ted Fuller and Hunter Jones drove in three runs apiece for Harleton in a 13-6 win over Ore City.
Fuller tripled and singled, and Jones doubled and singled for the Wildcats. Zach Wallace chipped in with a double, two singles and two RBIs. Tate Atkins added two hits, and Garrett Hardin drove in two runs.
Colton Weir and Tanner Organ had two RBIs apiece for Ore City.
Jones struck out five and gave up three earned runs for the pitching win.
SABINE 21, WINONA 0: WINONA — Daniel Wood doubled and drove in three runs, and Sabine pounded out 13 hits en route to a 21-0 District 15-3A win over Winona.
Will Shawn homered, singled and drove in two runs, and A.J. Gresham had three hits, including a double, and plated two runs. Tucker Gabriel chipped in with two singles and an RBI.
Jaedon Pratt struck out seven with no walks, allowing four hits in five innings for the win as Sabine improved to 8-7 overall and 3-2 in district play.
UNION GROVE 12, BIG SANDY 2: BIG SANDY — Tanner Stanley homered, doubled, singled, drove in three and scored three times, leading the Union Grove Lions past Big Sandy, 12-2.
Stanley also earned the pitching win for the Lions, striking out three, walking five and giving up one earned run in four innings. Kase Smith fanned three and walked one in two innings, and Dylan Borden struck out one in his inning of work.
Kooper Smith added two hits for the Lions. Noah Mayhan and Borden drove in two runs apiece, and Austin Owens and Smith chipped in with RBIs.
Josh Shipman had two hits, and Tyler Restine drove in a run for Big Sandy. Restine shouldered the pitching loss. He struck out eight and walked three in 5.2 innings.
