ET Baseball: Christian Heritage lands four on all-state squad

Class 2A state champion Christian Heritage School placed four players — including a pair of first team selections — on the TAPPS All-State Baseball Team to go along with several all-district picks.

Jake Peterman and Ethan Dorrough earned first-team all-state honors, while teammate Colten Wilkerson was a second team pick and Cole Burkhalter was an honorable mention selection.

Peterman also earned Most Valuable Player and Pitcher of the Year honors on the Division V all-district team. Teammate Geoffrey Trauger was named Freshman of the Year, and Dorrough, Wilkerson and Burkhalter were first team picks.

CHS' James Peterman was named Coach of the Year in the District. Carter Flournoy, Gabe Roaraback and Trauger were second team all-district picks, and Jake Barron, Harrison Beaty and Bryce Zachary picked up honorable mention status.
